Redundancy No More, No More Redundancy

I've just noticed that I'm dating my posts and of course they're automatically dated as part of the blogging process. For those of you who've been giggling at me without letting me in on the joke (thanks BTW), a big HAHA to you. You'll have to find something else to laugh about. I'll be a good friend and do something else silly for you soon.

We had a great stitching class yesterday. Aimee and Carol had four brand-new quilting students that heard about us from another class they're taking. I signed up Rose as an offical library volunteer. That makes four out of six that are currently working programs with me.

Hit the Latonia Kroger for groceries after work and paid a whopping $1.93 per gallon for my gas--Yahoo me! Especially since I'm driving Zachary's truck this week and it has a huge tank.

Today is supposed to be my catch-up day. I'll catch-up the laundry, my Internet postings, my family and stitching. If I'm lucky, I'll also find time to hit SilverLake up and start the week off with good intentions/actions. Wish me luck!

I've had a super busy day today. Attended a class on (what else) Blogging this afternoon. The best part was learning about managing my feeds. I won't spoil it if you haven't gotten that far in your blogging yet. Suffice to say, it's a real time saver.

Put the final touches on a team of YA readers for the Teen Reading Challenge. There are nine of us joining forces from Durr, Erlanger and Covington. Stay tuned tomorrow for our team name.

Spent an hour on the Reference Desk and getting my TS books caught up. Managing to only put three on hold for myself out of this batch.

The best part of today was this evening's RAD lecture. While I didn't get quite the turnout that the signups had promised (I'm blaming the icky weather), we did have a good group. AND managed to book my May programs with the instructor in just one easy conversation instead of half a dozen. Wahoo!

I Goggled every name I've ever legally used and was quite happy to have only my FaceBook account come up. No surprises for me. Guess I'm pretty boring in the grand scheme of things. Zachary came up under FaceBook and the library's Faces and Places. Not even gonna try Bill or Kimberly Clark.

I'm still trying to get into this habit of blogging. I'll have to look for the Dummies book later on. What sort of etiquette is there? How often is too often to post a new comment? How do I post pictures?

Friday Night

It's very surprising to me that I'm considered a Digital collaborator. I think that makes it sound like I might know more than I think I do! Is that possible? I guess we'll find out.
